Plans

We are a design/build company. You need plans to secure a design of your liking. You need plans to show the construction details and specifications that we will use to build your home. You will use the plans to secure a construction to permanent loan from your bank. We will give the plans to our engineer, at Tatem Engineering, to review and stamp the plans for permitting.
