I’ve been in the building business for over 35 years and have been involved in over 150 custom homes in the Ithaca area. I draw my own plans and work with the best sub-contractors area. I have worked on apartment projects and solar-powered net zero homes. I’ve done complete sub-divisions - Fairway Drive off Warren Road, Peregrine Hollow off of Snyder Hill Road, Dove Drive also off of Snyder Hill Road, and Goodrich Way off of Route 13.
